Half a Birthday to Andy!

We celebrated Andy's 6 month and Pop's 80 1/2 birthday. Andrew was quite determine to look at his birthday balloon rather than the camera. We did however get some excellent shots of him plunging his pudgy hands into birthday cake. We sang 'happy birthday' only replaced our own words 'half a birthday.' And of course we sang the swedish version of 'happy birthday' because Muffy ( my grandmother, the lady in the picture) is 1/2 swedish. Of course we don't know the real words that well and I am sure we would sound half drunk to any native speaker but it's tradition! Andy proceeded to have a tummy ache and worried his parents so badly they called his pedatrician at 11 at night. She told them to take him to the E.R. if he was still screaming in an hour. We rocked him and sang to him and he finally gave up and fell asleep. Besides that incident it was a great party. Good times were had by all.
